Contra currently ships to Mexico, Canada and the USA. We are happy to create a custom shipping quote for other locations, send us an email.

Mexico: 150 pesos
Canada and USA: 800 pesos
Estimated shipping to Europe: 1,400 pesos

All orders are shipped from Nayarit, Mexico, using FedEx or DHL, with tracking, to arrive within 3-6 business days. Please reach out if you require any of our products within a specific timeframe.

Shipping charges do not include any applicable import fees or taxes.

returns

We accept returns on unused, full-priced products with original tags on and original packaging. Return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping their returned product. Contra does not provide return labels. Contra does not refund original shipping costs. Click here to contact us about a return, or send us an email at: christine@contrahandmade.com with your order #, full name, email, and reason for the return.

International Returns: Please ensure that you clearly label your return with “Returning Mexican Goods” if you’re shipping from outside of Mexico. This will save you from being charged duties on your return. If you forget to label this on your package, any duties charged will be deducted from your refund.
